It turns out that setting myself a goal has been a powerful motivating factor. I got busy making displays for my market stall and had a mock set up at a friends house. A few months later and we have had two stalls at the Bright Make It, Bake It, Grow It markets in Bright. I have committed myself to having a stall there each month for the next 12 months.

It has been a good experience to get out of my hermit hole, see some people and get some positive feedback. My friend Sandy has been busy knitting. Her work compliments my crochet items well, we both have fun with our colours!

Fortunately/unfortunately I got some contract admin style work in-between and it has really slowed me down on the creative side of things. The weather has been beautiful, Autumn is definitely my favourite time of year. So walking, gardening and sorting things out have taken priority for the moment.

With external work slowing down for the moment I am hoping for a strong creative period over winter.
